sequencing troubleshootes with sanger sequencing

Hi

I did my sequencing by sanger and I used for 1 sample two times sequencing to make sure by 2 primes which are amplifying same parts as a forward and reverse and I have 2 sequenced which supposed to be same but these 2 sequences are different ,,,,what is the problem? May it happen by error of sequencing?

It's interesting that with 2 same primers and same samples you get different sequence!
