Next Generation Sequencing allignment INDIVIDUAL from chromatogram to POOL IN tablet software to find specific SNP
Dear Friends,
I have my sequenced data with some SNPs in tablet software for 96 pool ,,,,each pool include 8 individual genotype,,,,and then I made sanger sequencing with specific primers to follow up and also confirmation which individual made the SNP
Now I have my sanger sequenced data in chromatogram diagram, I do not know how I can align or compare this to my tablet pool?
Can you please help me how to do it ?
