News: Biostars on Google Summer of Code 2015

This year's Google Summer of Code students may work on Biostars via the INCF, The International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility. Applications to work on Biostars should aim to propose simple and well defined deliverables. The GitHub issue linked below will be used to discuss applications.
