consensus sequence of complex estructural variants
Hi all , I would like to know if there is any tool to create a consensus FASTA sequence having a vcf file with complex SV's such as inversiones, duplications, translocations... I am looking for something like bcftools consensus but for SV's.

If the SV is short Wham can provide the consensus. Delly also provides a consensus sequence.
