Genbank submission error: ERROR: valid [SEQ_FEAT.CDSproductPackagingProblem] Protein product not packaged in nuc-prot set with nucleotide
I am trying to submit my draft genome to genbank, but the following error occurred for all cds:
ERROR: valid [SEQ_FEAT.CDSproductPackagingProblem] Protein product not packaged in nuc-prot set with nucleotide
Do you know what that means?
Sequin does not find this problem at all when I validate the data. And I was not able to find an answer googling..
