Hi all,

I'm looking good review paper about the transcript quantification accuracy from RNA-seq data.

I want to know that, how far away from the truth can transcript level estimates for the genes which express more than one transcripts? I couldn't find any good review paper which addresses this problem explicitly.

While there may not have been papers on the topic 5+ years ago, a quick search today found this paper:
Evaluation and comparison of computational tools for RNA-seq isoform quantification
and this preprint:
Comparative evaluation of full-length isoform quantification from RNA-Seq
