retrieving fasta files from pdb, code
Hello!
I want to download some sequences from pdb. i.e. I want to download their fasta files. Downloading one by one is a tedious task. can someone give me a python code to download my requested fasta files from pdb individually?
I know there is a download link that gives one text file for all sequences. But I want each sequence individually.
Please help me through it
