I am beginner for using PLINK:

My task is to perform the GWAS study for an enzyme activity by using CNV data.

I currently have .CNV, .Fam and the excel sheet containing the enzyme activity.

Please help me to

1. How to load the files to PLINK
2. Merge the .CNV and .Fam files
3. Choose selected entries based on FID
4. Merge the CNV data with the enzyme activity(excel file)
