Gene Ontology on Cytoscape

Hello everybody,

Does anybody know if there is any plugin for Cytoscape that allows you to, giving to it just a list of Biological Processes IDs (GO:0012028, GO:0003001...), represent them in the GO's Biological Processes network?

If not, does anybody know where from can be downloaded GO's terms networks?

Hi,

Here is a list of plugins available in Cytoscape for Ontology analysis. I would start with BiNGO.

The problem with BinGO is that you can not give to it a list of GO terms that you have obtained previously

Try to use ClueGO.
