Correlate gene expression data with mutations TCGA

Hello,

I would like to correlate gene expression with mutations in breast invasive carcinoma.

I downloaded level 3 gene expression data from TCGA.

Now, to take it one step further, what kind of data can I work with for drawing a correlation between up- or down- regulation of my gene of interest with the number of mutations observed in tumor samples?
