Bioperl-Run and Bioperl-DB installing

Hi, I have installed Bioperl, but I can't install Bioperl-Run, Bioperl-DB, I have an MacBook with the last OS Yosemite.

Does anybody have installed it in a mac? How could I do it?

Dear cabraham03,

​I do not know if my answer can help you, but I found and described a detailed steps for installing bioperl on Yosemite 10.10.2 in this post where I test it and it works. You could try these steps if you wish.
