Ideogram for plant species
I have set of genes for which I need to mark them in a Rice chromosome. I come across some tools but all of them depends on UCSC data. Anyone know about such an ideogram plotting for plant species other than Circos?
(Circos is tough for me and I don't go for that software. I used Rcircos, but it cannot indicate more than a specified number of genes on chromosome)

Ideogram was misspelled "ideogam" there, so possibly that's why it didn't come up at first.
