Hi all, Is MeV only for affy? I tried loading agilent dataset but its showing some error. Are there any tools easy access for agilent other than using R.
Thank you

If you'd provide more information about 'some error', and a more specific title, you might also get helpful answers. It looks from your previous question that you are struggling with basic computer/ internet / language problems: reading documentation, reading review papers, shaping your research problem, trying to formulate a comprehensible post, reporting errors, please read this article:

Hi yes I am new to R lang and first time working on datasets hence, I am facing such difficulties.. well when I load dataset into MeV its runs and pops out with error java out of bounds of exceptions. I am working on agilent dataset , the dataset and just the agilent array is given to me (Human Gene Expression 8x60K v2 Microarray). I have 3 files acute samples convalescent samples and recovery samples.i have to find out diffrentially expressed genes among them.
