Genome & Protein Retrival

Hi all,

I tried to download genome and protein of chlamydia (different strain) and human from NCBI, but I couldn't download from NCBI ftp option, because normally I used to download from there in fasta format, but 2days before when I tried to download I couldn't find the option working like before.. so I tried using ensembl.

can anyone tell me how to download the fasta files of genome and protein of human and chlamydia from NCBI.. or any other database other than ensembl because ensembl format some time its does not fit for some program..
