I am searching for a intron database for prokaryotes. Actually i don't really need a database, but the information of the number and length of introns for each organism. It would also be ok to know it just for one organism, but I need all introns in the organism.

I already found the bacterial group 2 intron database http://webapps2.ucalgary.ca/~groupii/index.html#

the GISSD http://www.rna.whu.edu.cn/gissd/search.html

and used the aragorn database http://mbio-serv2.mbioekol.lu.se/ARAGORN/index.html

but it is not summarzing at all.

So, if you have any idea, I would be very thankful :)
