How can I all download plant noncoding RNAs (snRNA, rRNA, snoRNA, tRNA) from NCBI web page. is that true? "Viridiplantae"[Organism] or rrna[filter] or trna[filter] or snrna[filter] or snorna[filter]"

Maybe you want:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/?term=%22Viridiplantae%22[Organism]+and+%28rrna[filter]+or+trna[filter]+or+snrna[filter]+or+snorna[filter]%29

(I.e. "AND" after Viridiplantae instead of OR).

Then choose "send to" -> "File" -> "Format" (choose your favorite format)
