I have been trying to download this file hg19_cosmic_v54_120711.vcf for mutect. But I have not yet found the link in Mutect page. Could someone point the link from where I could download the file.

This file seems outdated and not available.

I suggest you to download the latest cosmic vcf file from here and to read this thread.

In fact, when we log on to muTect page for download, these files are there.

BTW, while running muTect I get this error, do you have any idea ?
