4C/5C Interaction Data from RoadMap

Hi there,

Can someone please point the URL from where processed long range interacting pairs, 4C/5C data from NIH roadmap epigenome data can be downloaded. I browsed Washu browser, i can see the data on browser, but did not find link to download interacting pair data.
