I wonder what the m stands for? Masked sequence? This is the previous assembly of the human genome aka GRCh37. You can download it from the Ensembl FTP GRCh37 site. Both masked and unsmasked fasta files can be found here. It might be worth checking the README for more details on the files themselves.
