Advanced options Oncodrive

When using Oncodrive through the Intogen-mutations pipeline the OncodriveCLUST genes threshold is set at 5 in the advanced options.

What would be the best(still reliable) threshold, minimum number of mutated samples a gene must have to be analysed by OncodriveCLUST, when you have a small sample size of 5 or 6 six samples?

Hi, I'd guess that it is not very likely to discover a mutational cluster with 5 or six samples only. You can give it a try lowering the threshold and then see if there is a result at all.
