I am on post-doc at CEA-Saclay.
I work at the IBITEC-S/SIMOPRO Lab.
My research interests are in solving difficult issues from bioinformatics with efficient algorithms and math programming. I like graph theory and combinatorial optimization.
I currently work on protein multiple alignments and how to derive statistical information from them.
