Generation of R Plots

I have written a small R script to generate a plot for my work.

I need to add a track below it. Can anyone suggest me as to how to add tracks as I want to retain the same scale.

I have not used any package for the simple script.

How to proceed to add tracks below the plots I generated.

Any suggestions?
