Dear all ,

I would like to make a CNV frequency plot as has been made in the paper here . I already have the chrom start and end position, as well as the segmentation, means for individual samples generated using conumee package.

I would appreciate it if anyone could help as to how should I proceed to generate such a plot. Are there any R packages for it?
