software to find GO over representation over a chromosome
Dear All,
I have a genome to which I predicted genes and these genes are annotated. I was wondering if there is any R packages or similar that could help me to find enrichment over the chromosomes.

There is a package RCircos, I think, I had seen these plot over chromosomes, which are in circular form.
the Rcircos only plots genes over a chromosome, I need to make a cluster analysis of genes within a window and possibly have a p-value
