how to BLAST a DNA sequence in JGI,im very confused

hi, I need to perform BLAST for "elongase 5" against chlorella vulgaris genome.

In the following link: http://genome.jgi-psf.org/Chlvu1/Chlvu1.home.html they announced that the genome is sequence and I don't know how to use it.

Play around with blast options.

thanks, it seems the genome sequence is not online in the server, i have downloaded it, now im trying to use NCBI software to BLAST it.
