Dear all,

I am going to dock my RNA as ligand with protein in auto dock.but a torsion problem show. My RNA shows 104 torsion where as autodock support only 32 torsion. So an any body pl help me to dock my protein with RNA ligand. Or is there any other tool is available for it. Kindly help me.
