Enrichment Analysis: BiNGO + DAVID

Hello!

I would like to combine BiNGO and DAVID data for a better output of the enrichment analysis I've just done.

No one answered at this post How To Combine Cytoscape App “Bingo” With David?, but now is there anybody that could help me?

This raises the question of what you mean when you say "combine". The answer to your previous post of running them and then possibly looking at the overlap in results is the most obvious route.

"combine" in the meaning of "overlapping" outputs and make a one way, an univocal analysis.

Then just take the tables produced by BiNGO and DAVID and use the intersect of significant terms.
