Gene ontology analysis
I want to do GO enrichment analysis of Rice with locus tags (e.g, LOC_Os01g04970)taken from MSU site. But it seems that the tag is not acceptable in most of the GO analysis tools. I tried uisng BINGO cytoscape with custom files, but still couldn't get the analysis done. Please help me with how can I perform this analysis with these gene identifiers.

Can you give some more details. Which custom files did you chose and where did you get from.
https://www.psb.ugent.be/cbd/papers/BiNGO/Customize.html . I followed this link to make customized annotation and ontology files. And the information to make the files was taken from RGAP- MSU 7.0 and ontology information from this link: http://geneontology.org/docs/download-ontology/.![customized annotation file]1
