Search of a public dataset
Hello all,
For my work involving peripheral bloood mononuclear cells and EBV transformed lymphocytes, I would ideally require DNA sequencing data from the same donor. I have found a paper "Whole-exome sequencing of DNA from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and EBV-transformed lymphocytes from the same donor" that was published in BMC Genomics in 2011 which fulfills my requirement. Unfortunately, I am unable to find the data in SRA.
All my efforts to find a dataset that matches my requirement of it being from the same donor has failed. Can anyone help me with finding a dataset for the same?
