miRNA sequencing experimental design

Hi All,

I am starting an miRNA sequencing experiment and our lab is quite new to it. For RNA I could find a great nature paper and ENCODE guidelines for the experimental design.

Just wondering if anyone has come across any reviews/ guidelines/best practices for miRNA sequencing, could you please share with me.
