Does anyone know of any Illumina whole genome or exome sequecning data, that is publically available, for normal tissue? In particular prostate tissue.

Thanks

Have you checked the European read archive or SRA/GEO?

I've had a look at SRA without much luck, but that might be my searching ability.

I am just curious. How would you like to use such genomic datasets? The genome in normal prostate cells wouldn't be different from genome in any other cells. Or are you interested in performing some kind of normalization?

I think you could find some at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra using the search query: "whole genome sequencing AND prostate AND Illumina" or "Exome sequencing AND prostate AND Illumina". Or you can build a query like: "(((Whole genome Sequencing) OR Exome sequencing) AND Prostate) AND Illumina"
