Resolving genomic IDs to database names
I am designing a BioMart based genomic data mining workflow. I have more than 30 types of IDs that need to be unified to Ensembl / HGNC. Is there any resource out there that can take any gene IDs (symbols, IDs, clone IDs etc.) and resolve it into its respective database?
Please let me know.
