COSMIC fusion transcript download

Hi All,

Does anyone know of a way to download the transcript sequences for a fusion listed in the COSMIC database? For example, COSF829 lists a fusion between AGRTAP and BRAF. There is some information there listing the exons from each gene that are included in the fused transcript product. I'm looking for the actual (or approximate) sequence of the fused transcript. Any ideas?
