I'm searching a case control dataset in the vcf format. Is anyone aware of any dataset?

The VCF format does not directly support phenotype data; case/control status will usually be in a separate sample information file.

yes i know, what i mean is a publication or repository, with something like 50 vcf that belongs to control samples, and 50vcf that belongs to samples with a disease
