Starting GWAS with Plink
hello,
I have thousands of VCF files for a project, each representing a single patient. About 1/7 of these patients are case, and 6/7 are control patients.
I am attempting to run my first GWAS analysis of this data.
However, I'm confused by the tutorial that I'm following on https://zzz.bwh.harvard.edu/plink/tutorial.shtml
how can I enter in which of the patients are control and case?
