Intuitive platform for mapping SNPs to eQTL's
Hi,
I am looking for an up to date (hg-19) and relatively user friendly platform/R-package for determining whether psychiatric risk SNPs affect gene expression in the brain. I am pretty new to this kind of bioinformatics analyses so wondering if someone could kindly point me in the right direction.

Not sure if this will be exactly what you are looking for, but you could try GTex Portal, which looks at gene expression as well as eQTLs... http://www.gtexportal.org/home/searchEqtls
