TCGA SNP data

Hi, guys,

I am trying to use TCGA SNP Level 2 data. However, I found the available files including more samples provided in data matrix. For example, for HSNC data, the data matrix said 515 samples with SNP data, however, there are more than 1000 samples with birdseed and other files. And I also didnot find redundancy based on Barcode. Anyone knows this?
