Automating the download of refseq entries using perl script

Hey,

I am working on a database for non AUG codons and need to update the latest entries from the refseq database. Since I am new to the lab I'm not much thorough from where to start.

So I need to automate the download of refseq database entries using perl and then update the database. can anyone guide me how to do it ?
