How update Blast+?

how i can update Blast+?, because i have the 2.28 version, and i wanna update to 2.29 version, but i dont know if i need to download and install, or i need to unistall the previous version, or if exist some command to update on Linux...

yes but, they dont say how to update in another plataform like Biolinux

Standalone BLAST Setup for Unix is where they tell how to install blast+ to any *nix. Anyway, since you're using biolinux, I would imagine that they have the latest blast+ in their repositories, in which case you can install blast+ with apt (refer to biolinux documentation).
