I am Amrendra, how i can fine location (on chromosome, or locus ) of my gene? and how make it structure means where what promoter will be found and all info?

For your purpose, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/ will suffice.

For promoter binding, you have to bit more work, first of all, getting yourself to know, what exactly do you want :)
