Smooth spline (fit the read number to the GC)

I need some help, I have the data, which I need to fit by smooth spline. i need to get the another data from raw data after smooth spline, could you help how could I do this. I don't need plot, I need the data after fitting. Please help me.

So you need to fit some dataset with a spline and retrieve the resulting fitted values? What have you tried?
