I am a bioinformatician at the University of New South Wales, where I use plain old ruby objects. In part of my spare time, I work on fun projects.
Fun projects I have worked on are:
- The Weather in London: recognising the names of Wikipedia titles in a body of text)

- Chaser: a mutation tester (as in unit testing, not as in biology) for ruby
- Zombie-chaser: mutation testing ... with zombies!
