I am the founder at Kovid BioAnalytics with 14 years of experience with NGS and Genomics data analysis. I have a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from University of Pune and have since worked as a Bioinformatics Analyst for clients like Applied BioSystems Inc.(now Thermo-Fischer Scientific), Bar-Ilan University (Israel), Yamaguchi University (Japan), Care Connectors Inc. (USA), ClearGene Inc. (USA), etc.

I am proficient in data analytics and have developed tools, pipelines and algorithms for NGS data analysis like WGCNA, RNA Seq, miRNA Analysis, Pathway & Network Analysis, etc. I have completed multiple NGS analytics projects & have experience on the following pipelines: NGS data Pre-processing, Differential Gene Expression Analysis, Pathway Enrichment Analysis, Transcriptome Mapping, Genome Mapping, Variant Annotation, Metagenomic Analysis, Genome Annotation, DeNovo Genome Assembly, SNP/INDEL mapping, ChIP-Seq Analysis, Exome Analysis and Small RNA Mapping.
