At Kovid BioAnalytics, we have been working on a concept of developing an automated platform that will enable researchers to simply build NGS data analysis by selecting different tools on a web interface and assembling the pipeline. It will be on a pay-as-you-go model, ensuring that the cost of running analyses remains low.
