Does exome capture kit in TCGA project include UTR region
I would like to call somatic mutations in UTR region of each sample from a TCGA cancer type. However, I am not sure if TCGA used exome capture kit that can cover UTR region. If so, whether all of TCGA cancer types adopted identical exome kits?
