data for wgcna analysis
I am a beginner to co expression analysis by wgcna. Please let me know which option do i need to choose from GEO to download the expression data.

- Series family MINiML file
- Annotation SOFT file
and what are the best preprocessing /normalizing procedures i need to apply, I have gone through there tutorial but they take already made datasets. Plz help
