Are Old 454 Ls Rna-Seq Reads 5'-Biased Or 3'-Biased?

I am looking at a dataset of first generation 454 RNA-seq (454 LS) sequences and I would like to know if these are supposed to be 5'-biased or 3'-biased with respect to the underlying transcript, assuming the standard RNA-seq sample prep for 454 at the time. Any ideas?
