Creating a list of Haemophilus housekeeping genes
Hi,
I need to identify the housekeeping genes of the bacterial specie I'm working, belonging to Haemophilus genera. I know that to do this one needs expression data under different environmental conditions.
Do anyone can suggest an alternative approach?

I doubt that an alternative method exists.
Theoretically it might be possible to delete (disrupt) one gene at a time, but this approach would take too much time.
Could be possible to get some commonly identified housekeeping genes in bacteria?
