I have been trying to download Data Sets using the A-MADMAN software, however some data -sets aren't properly downloaded and unzipped correctly. Furthermore the data sets that are downloaded are not properly being inserted in to the database .The program uses python 2.x language along with django.

The general idea of the projected is to take data from GEO (micro-array data from various sources) and run analysis of the data to identify potential gene markers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
