I have downloaded few data sets (micro array) from geo database. Now, I want to validate the micro array data, I have already analyzed my data by geo2r, and observed the box plot generated by it. But I want to validate my data by R as I have seen several articles used R to validate their data. I am a newbie in this field, that's why I need some basic tutorial on this issue. My another query is - is it necessary to validate micro array data by using R though geo2r already creates a box plot to confirm that.
